1. Have a good think about the kind of tiara you are looking for. What colour should it be? How tall?
Which style? Once you have made your decision fill in the order form, being as specific as possible about your request.
3. When you receive
the first design you will also receive an estimate on the cost. Have a good look at the design and make sure that it is what
you were looking for, this is the only chance there is to make changes. If you do what anything changed, just e-mail us back with the details.
5. You will be able to track the progress of your tiara on the orders page. Some tiaras will take longer than others, you will be advised of a time frame along with the design, but please
allow up to eight weeks to make the tiara. Once the tiara is ready you will be sent a photograph and the final payment will
be requested.

2. Once your form has been received a confirmation e-mail will be sent out to you. We may ask for
further details before we start the design process. Allow up to two weeks for the design to be drawn up and sent to you via
e-mail, you can also track your order on the orders page. At no point during the design process are you obligated to pay anything.
4. When you are happy with the design you must e-mail us to accept it. We will then ask for your first payment, 50% of the estimated cost, as a non-refundable deposit.

6. Once payment has cleared the tiara will be posted out to you, postage costs will be included in
your first estimate and will include recorded delivery for safety. Once your
package has arrived all you have to do is unpack it and wear it on your day!
